- 要想在本世纪中叶实现净零排放并实现全球气候变化目标，那么必须采取一切脱碳方案。
- 碳捕集与封存（CCS）发挥了重要作用，将排放量减少到零净值并限制了脱碳的总体系统成本。
- 由于应用场景多样，CCS在其各种工业和与电力相关的应用中成本不尽相同，没有统一成本。
- 考虑到气候危机的紧迫性，成本不应遏制对CCS的投资，也不能决定脱碳方案的部署顺序。部署反而能降低成本。
