将CCS方法纳入减排基金

减排基金（ERF）是澳大利亚的碳信用项目，联邦政府通过该基金从各种来源购买最低成本的碳减排量。该基金旨在提供一个基于市场的机制，以鼓励在更广泛的气候减缓背景下追求全面减排。

2020年，澳大利亚政府的低排放技术声明将碳捕集与封存（CCS）确定为若干优先低排放技术之一。应政府的要求，在新兴项目的背景下，清洁能源监管机构已经开始在减排基金下制定CCS方法（或原则）。纳入减排基金将允许CCS项目产生澳大利亚碳信用单位（ACCU），进而产生收入。
